"Aug 2023. Called for a chimney cleaning and inspection. Was quoted and paid $355 which I'm sure is much too much, especially considering $75 of it was for mileage. I didn't realize charging for mileage was a common practice. Two-fifty per mile? No, I should have found more quotes. The technician that came was fine and not to blame. Live and learn."

"Very disappointed in their service. We wanted to completely remodel our outdoor kitchen. We started working with them in February of this year and as of today the project is not completed. I will say that the salesman from Rock Run left that company sometime in March and left both of us high and dry. I contacted Rob with Spavinaw Stove in April and he said that if we would give them a chance and work with them personally that we would be priority with Rock Run and them. So we decided to work with them. I told Rob that I didn’t want this to take all summer. We were informed today that it would be another 2 weeks before they got back out here to correct their mistakes and complete the job. Spavinaw Stove was supposed to make sure all cabinets were leveled before TD Granite installed the granite. That didn’t happen. Granite tops were installed while an employee of Spavinaw was here working with them. TD Granite is another story in itself. Definitely not professional! So here we are still waiting for them to correct their mistakes and finish the job."
