"I called to rent this piece of equipment from them, I go to them because all last year I had no issues, now they have had alot of management turn over recently and the last two times there have been issues, the first was they didnt put the key in the equipment and I had to drive two hours to go get it and take it to the job site and was told it was my responsibility to make sure the key was in it (ok). This week I called to rent a lift was quoted 890.00, for one day on Monday, they tell me they want to deliver it on Friday so I will have it first thing Monday morning, I say as long as I wont get charged extra time, he says no as long as you dont go over the eight hours on the hour meter you will only be charged the 890.00, (taxes and delivery included) I used it for 4 hours on Monday and less than two hours on Tuesday, called it off, and I was billed 1212.00 when I called, Jenna told me that is the way it is and its SOP. NO IT IS NOT. when I told her what I was told, she put the guy on the phone and he denied saying it, so BEWARE when renting from this location, I hope they get a good manager soon who is going to stick around, they used to be awesome. Maybe corporate should put them all through training again."
