"Worst place in northwest Arkansas. Took a set of new tires there to get mounted and since I didn't buy my tires from them I got the gouging price of 175.00 plus tax to mount and balance only. Was told if I buy my tires from them they don't charge people as much and in the future I should consider buying directly from them to save money on mount and balance. I guess I'm confused . Why rip people off on mounting tires if they didn't come from there. They still get paid well for their work. But it's a legal way to gouge the normal working person and force them into buying their overpriced stuff. Sad you can't even go get a set of tires on your car on a Saturday anymore without someone trying to rip your face off, when it is not necessary to treat people that way. I would've paid 125 plus tax like I was told on the phone it would cost a week earlier. If I would've known that they were gonna change price on me according to how their day and attitude is going before you get their. But I think 200 dollars to mount and balance a set of 18 inch car tires is redioqulous Wouldn't recommend this place and I'll make sure everyone i talk to knows my bad experience."

"We Had paid for the free flat repair and rotation. Promised no issues if ever had a nail or tire issues. Had issue with nail in tire and tire going low. They wouldn't fix low tire issue. said tire tread was to low. It was bought same time as the others that were in good shape. They also wouldn't even put air in the tire to help us get down the road. Also tried to tell us we had suspension issues with truck. Reason tire was low and tread was more worn. Informed him we had mechanic who checked it out. All was good. He said to go to another mechanic and that ours wasn't telling us the truth... Stated multiple times " I'm not a mechanic, but...." Seems only dishonesty I received was from this place and the tire warranty... Did ultimately say he would one time replace the front tire. Under "Road hazard" But had to order it and would be a week. They lost a long time customer today. Went to another tire shop was able get nail removed and low tire fixed. Also went to dealership and they said no issues with suspension or truck. That tire had nail and had ran low causing tire wear."

"I talked to Manager Heath just before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday when they close at 5:00 p.m. and he said as long as I came on that he would get 4 tires installed today. So I checked in around 4:20 p.m. and they are going to have Mom's Mercury Grand Marquis done by 5:40 p.m. They take vehicles up to around 5:00 p.m. and if you need it back that day, they stay. I see 3 other vehicles all currently being worked and about finished next to Mom's in the garage. DEFINITELY ask for the "No Questions Asked Tire Replacement" for around $20 per tire . . . Whether you accidentally run over a nail, screw or your garden rake, they will replace the tire no cost to you. Well worth the money!! And clean restrooms, plus a mount in the bathroom to hang your purse."
