"The man (potentially the owner) who works the window was inebriated, rude and accusatory. I use a coupon on my phone and before he handed it back to me he accused me of having a bad attidtude for telling him "do whatever you need to do" as he was scanning my coupon. When he went to hand my phone back to me, he hit it on the window seal and said if it was broke it was my fault because I snatched it out of his hands and did it myself. (Which is untrue my daughter watched the entire incident). He was so out of it that he handed me my stuff and did not ask for pay. I had to sit there and wait for him to realize that I had not paid for my items. Then I ask for a receipt because I was unsure that he was capable of completing the transaction correctly due to his behavior. He then tells me to check my phone for the transaction amount. I enjoy the convenience of this store but I will NEVER EVER go back!"
