"I took my friend to this salon to get her hair done. She was needing to fix her hair because she had extensive amount of new growth. When we got to the salon everything seemed to go good, she told her stylist what she was wanting, showed her pictures, the expectation of what you would get in a consultation. Her stylist first began putting lightner in her hair to blend her new growth in with her blonde. After she had done the lightner, she put a toner in her hair which made it look like it was darker. (Mind you my friend when she walked into the salon was platinum blonde) After the toner she decided to put a color deposit in her hair because the toner supposedly didn't take. Once she was done and washed and blow dried her hair it came out caramel brown.. So my friend instead of getting her hair fixed to blend in with her blonde. She came out a caramel brown and almost spent nearly $200 just to come out of a salon with botched a** hair and an unhappy service. I would also like to add as well. While we were at the salon, it was very unprofessional. To be sitting in a salon that is supposed to be a professional setting. Listening to cosmetologist talk to their clients with vulgar language and gossiping about other people. Not a place I would want to be at to ever get service done.."
