"Purchased my truck from you a month ago. After a week of owning it the check engine light came on and truck was leaking oil. Luckily I bought the extended warranty. Or so I thought. You guys and the warranty company didn’t cover my repairs and wanted to charge me $1000 to fix an $80 part, I called and spoke with service manager and it went no where. When dealing with him it felt like I was dealing with the typically used car salesman and everything that entails. He came down on the price eventually to $400 (but did so in $100 increments over 4 phone calls and about 30 min of wasted time. Each time insuring me he was giving me the “best deal.” I have bought four vehicles from victory in the last 3-4 years and had always had a good experience. This situation was enough for me to never go back. The work it being covered on a vehicle I had just purchased was very disappointing but the worst part was that the service manager Mike and the way he handled it. Trying to act like he was “helping me out” by giving me a new price every time we talked like he was really working for me. When in reality he was only trying to swindle as much money out of me as I would allow. His approach was embarrassing for him and victory Chevy as a company. Instead of just recognizing the situation (that being I just bought a new truck from his company, paid extra for an extended warranty, and within a week was already having issues) and handling it for a good customer that has been loyal. They nice again very disappointed at the situation and will not be bringing my business back to victory Chevrolet."

"Justin was super friendly/easy to work with and was able to get all my questions answered, and it was easy to strike up conversations with all of the employees. They pulled a brand new Corvette off the truck and when the plastic was taken off let my son take some pictures with it even though we were no where close to shopping in that price range. They let me take as many cars out as I wanted until I found just the right one. Paperwork was explained well and process from start to finish was quick and easy. Overall this was a perfect car buying experience, and prices in general seem to be extremely competitive for the used vehicles I was looking at. No complaints at all from me."

"(LONG REVIEW WARNING)-The bad reviews are not bad for no reason. Listen to the people DO NOT PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP My experience was less than satisfactory. During the sale/purchase process was fine. Jordan P did an amazing job, he was very patient, kind and Knowledgeable. (the only reason they get 1 star) However, the service department has just been very disappointing. They lied to me about the work that needed to be done on the car before I drove it off the lot. I had my own used car inspection done on the car and they gave me a list of what was needed to be addressed on the car. I brought it back and told them what my used car inspection had revealed needed to be fixed (they told me in so many words that wasn't their problem) they wanted to finish up the work they knew they needed to finish the day I drove it off the lot but failed to disclose that to me before the purchase of the vehicle. I had been having issues with the tire losing pressure and I told them that when I brought it back to them the first time. After they said I was good to go and should have no more issues, I had to bring back the car for the same issue with the same tire still losing pressure. This time they assured me that I would not have to travel all the way back down to Paola because the tire was sealed. Not even an hour after I left the tire began losing air, to which they asked me to come back to Paola, because they don't know what's wrong. In my professional experience your word is all you have, and they clearly did not do enough diagnostic testing to make sure I was actually good to drive off. It was later revealed that the tires on the car are too small, and they do not hold the weight of the car, which makes me susceptible to a blowout (very dangerous). I called them and informed them of this information to which all they said was could I come back down so they could have a look. Basically, told me that I am asking for too much because their service workers are not being paid to service my car. Excuse me, if everything was properly evaluated and diagnosed and they handled their business before I drove off the lot there would be no concern about the service workers not being paid to do what should have already been done. Mike the service director was supposed to call me to arrange a pickup or fix and my phone has yet to ring. I am over this place. I will not be returning or suggesting anyone that I know to go here to purchase a car."

"I learned about Victory Chevrolet from a close friend in Miami who just got a great deal on her pre-owned Bolt (2-bolt family). We called Ty Hosmann and he hooked us up with an incredible deal on a similar, low-mileage Bolt which was just delivered to Miami yesterday ($695 shipping). It's also our second Bolt in the driveway. Ty was responsive and sent a personal video tour of the stock number we wanted to see. Service was fast, professional, transparent and friendly. We had no haggling and no surprises of any kind. They've simply got a big inventory of great Bolts with new batteries and aggressive prices we could not resist. I've never recommended a car dealership before, but I told the young guy across the street from me, and he's already reaching out to Ty. Best wishes to Paola. This car will never again see snow."
