"Truly the worst employee that I have ever seen. Extremely rude and hateful and she tried to steal my change and argued with me about giving it to me. Then she screamed at another woman who asked a basic question."

"Not able to attest to the service but the gas itself is very not good. After fuelling up with my own vehicle and getting stranded there, I took it to the shop to find out that the fuel filter had clogged. Just now (30 minutes before reviewing or so) my friend and I rode in his truck to get gas before leaving town. Sure enough after gassing up it starts exhibiting the exact same issues and wouldn't start. Thankfully it unclogged and we got on the road. If you're looking to get good gas go elsewhere, or else risk damaging your vehicle."

"I love this place. If you go here enough for gas or smokes then when you walk in they will already have it (smokes)out for you. They will even get to know your name and greet you by it. Even if you dont they still greet you and talk to you like your a friend. They are a friendly bunch of girls. I think one guy too."

"The best place in town to get gas . Even if they didn't give a discount you have more pumps to choose from and it's located in a better place. There are only two other places in Marshall to get gas and that is Casey's which I don't care for their gas, and then MFA which you have to use a debit or credit card to get gas."

"I have just come from Murphy's in Marshall, MO. Strange things happened when I was at the pump today. When I arrived home I decided to check the debit to the Account from Murphy's. Imagine my surprise when I saw a debit for $15 and change the gas charge was, but I also a debit to the account for $75. I called and the young woman forwarded me to customer service. I then waited 15 minutes on the phone for someone to pick-up the call. I hung up and called again. Again I was on hold for another 5 minutes. I called back again and asked for a supervisor. I then explained to the supervisor that an additional $75 was also debit on the account by this time I saw a credit appear on the account. She told me that Murphy's is now doing a pre-authorization hold of between $75 and $100 on the account. She also told me that if you go into pay the pre-authorization will not happen. I have been paying at the pump for years. Now we all know what that is like. Walking into the tiny store that always has lines around both sides. Well all I have to say is you better have the money in your account while Murphy's uses your money. My advise get gas elsewhere. For the two cents you save are you really saving your time and aggravation? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
