"Jordan Roberts. Do not book. I was scheduled for a 9am haircut. At 8:45 I called and said I was running late and asked if I could push to 9:15. The person on the other end of the phone said no, but I could reschedule for a fee, and they have a 10 minute late window. So i decided I could make it within the 10 minute late window the company allows. I showed up at 9:08. Jordan asked my name, she looked me up and simply said "you're late". to which i responded "yes I am, sorry about that". She then said she couldn't see me because I was late. I asked about the 10 minute window and she said that was true but her personal watch says its 9:11. I then showed her my two phones both saying it had just turned 9:10. Her response: "Sorry Bro". Unfortunate because there are a few barbers here that are great. Jordan is really messing it up for them. Dont book here if Jordan is your only option."
