"Been to this Casey's twice, to use bathroom. Both times had no toilet paper in bathroom. This was fairly early in the morning and you would think that that is one of the first things they would do when opening to have toilets cleaned and supplied."

"This place is so inconsistent with breakfast offerings. All I want is biscuits and gravy every morning when I don't have time to do it at home. I sure wish we would have gotten a quick trip instead of this poorly ran store. They're also always either out of creamer of some utensils. 99% of the time the people working there aren't friendly and don't say thank you or talk at all. Their coffee is pretty good but you got to bring your own mug because their cups make the coffee taste like cardboard."

"This Casey's is one of the best ones in my area. They definitely put time into making all the food they make. Everyone is always super nice and friendly! If they are super busy they always apologize for the wait and do their best to get the food done as fast as they can"

"The WORST customer service for any gas station I've been to. 9/10 times the workers behind the counter seem put out to be ringing up your items, and they're not afraid to let you know. They huff and puff and sigh and are sometimes outright rude. It's a great location for a gas station, but they need all new people. Also, don't order food from this location because it is NEVER ready when they say it will be. It's always an extra 40-60 minute wait."

"Love Casey’s but the lone jack location has gone down hill since it opened. I’ve stopped by for weeks and they have 0 options for breakfast. I stop by the blue springs locations and every option is there at the same time, several reviews are saying the same thing. Please get more staff to help the kitchen."
