"This clinic is a joke why is the nurse they're so judgy. The nurse was late getting to our appointment and had the nerve to tell us to hurry up because she had other appointments waiting. When my son asked for a Doctor's note she got mad at him and said why couldn't you say something before I close out your info. And wanted to know why he had to miss school just to get his physical done when he could have came in on the weekend. Dont go to this one."
