I recently started coming back and although I haven’t seen Q yet I heard that he is still there and then one of my most recent visits was this past Friday where I had 3 young ladies working and although I thought all of them were polite and respectful I dealt with the one at the front counter. I can only say I am very happy with my decision to come back"

Independence Missouri 20 minutes before midnight to get gas and the Friday discount of 25 cent off a gallon and paid $101.10 for gas when to The pump ⛽to get my gas and the discount wasn't on the pump ⛽ so again I ask the why my discount wasn't on my gas she said move to another pump ⛽ to get My discount so I did again there was no discount so I asked for My money back and she said she would not refund My at time I got mad Facebook live her so I went to the pump ⛽ and pump 4 Cent out and then ask for My changed back she refused to I cussed her out and refused to leave and demanded My my change back she call the Police on me I stood my ground if I was youi would take you Business elsewhere I will be sueing them for this coming week"

"So I actually usually would give Favtrip a 5 star rating because usually the service is great However tonight that wasn't the case . The cashier was busy I give her that but she was rude and I had to go back in twice just to have her apply my gas discount that should have been applied on whenever I paid I mean you have to bring in your phone and show the text message so you can provide proof to receive the discount so how hard is it to apply it whenever someone pays and then whenever you make an error blame the customer. Ridiculous I can't believe she even works for them she needs a class on customer service pronto! Aka disappointed"
