"It's been 11days now since I went into their store to use ATM. Although I understand it's a safeguard, the cash door shut with my money STILL INSIDE THE MACHINE. the management has been Zero help and shown no interest or empathy at all in the fact that 400$ ofy money is being held hostage by a machine that's being rented by them and places inside their facility. They say claim no responsibility. I am OUTRAGED at the lack of care they've shown me in this . If I could give 5stars to the amazing employee (young lady with a septum piercing) I would but this store in a whole, deserves a negative rating."
