Immediately after getting receipt and asking to return the mispriced items employee proceeds to first act put out and then straight up refusing to do it stating they don't know how. Advice shopping here is check your receipt and hope the employee knows how to perform their job functions if there is an issue."

"The employees don’t answer their phones whatsoever. They avoid it until bothered enough to point where they will actually answer. They ignore you until they feel like answering. Horrible costumer service. Update: The woman answered with a horrible attitude, shouting “7/11” in a sarcastic tone when I called up there. She deserves to be fired! I called the store and she answered one time but when I went to ask one more question she hung up. And it took 5 more tries to actually get ahold of her again. Your staff could use an upgrade."

"Customer service was extremely lacking at this store associate Jake.I went in to have my lottery tickets scanned and he said "all of these " I had 5 total. Rude and unpleasant to interact with acted like I was bothering him. Train your associates how to take care of your business at all times and be professional."
