"Went to self checkout for 3 items with 2 of them being bouquet of flowers. After ringing in all the items, a lady came out of nowhere said "oh you have to ring iup all iyout tems'. I had to show her the screen to show that I ring up all items. No apologies. Just walked away. Incompetent and rude. Complete lack of customer service. I expect schnucks to better train their employees."
"This is my regular store but occasionally go to others. This store doesn't have any small kids shopping carts. My toddler loves pushing around the little red shopping carts but this location has none. I've asked the employees several times if the store could get one or two but nothing yet."
"They recently started making the self checkout 10 items or less. This is causing the checker line to be outrageously long. Honestly I’ll be going to a different grocery store from now on. Staff appropriately or allow more items in self checkout."
"This is the nicest of the 3 Schnuck's stores I shop in regularly, and that takes nothing away from the other two. The store is invariably clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The working team is polite, professional, and friendly. Hard to ask for more in a retail operation, but parking is plentiful, and there are a lot of retail and service businesses within easy walking distance."
