"I showed the braider a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she took it upon herself to do a overhand halo braid instead of an underhand halo braid. I was not happy with my hair at all but I did not express my unhappiness. I did let her know that this is not what I asked for, and I showed her the picture again, and she went on to explain to me that my hair would last longer the way that she braided it. I understand that you are a professional hair braider but when you decide to do things because you think it will last longer then you need to let the customer know. It is my decision to decide whether or not I want my hair braided so it will last longer not because that's what you think I should do. I definitely feel like I deserved a discount but as a customer I do not think that I should have to imply that on my own. That should have been an implication of hers to realize that she did not do what I ask for even though she saw the picture. When you give someone the service that they didn't ask for I don't think that you should be fully responsible for paying full price for something that you do not want."
