"I been to this shop more than once in the past. Today, I felt highly upset. If I wanted to play in my hair…. I could had stay at home and let toddlers do the job. I wanted the boho goddess braids. I understand it’s a business and everybody wants to get pay but I felt they could been honest with the customer if you don’t know how to do certain styles…. Let customer know at least. I felt the person who started my hair…had to redirected the second braider more than once in how to part my hair or add moisturizer which they should already know. The person, who started felt the need to rush to get pay wanted the money so bad and wanted to tell me “ I got to pick up my daughter” and “ I will be be back” but never got back. I started to get overwhelmed when I started to see other people in my head and I was getting irritated. The sad part, is watching and hearing how they talked bad about another customer who was unhappy about their braids a day before. They knew the lady was coming and purposely left so they don’t see her. The lady came and she waited for over 30 mins or more for someone to actually come to fix the braids she pay so much money on. To actually see this in person made me sick to my stomach. I literally was unsatisfied with my results. I pay so much money and never had this problem before. I felt it was rush and even close to what I wanted as a style. I show the picture of how I wanted and I could had easily chosen a different one. It was overwhelming seeing all that wavy curly mess in my head. I’m good, they will never get my service anymore. I felt the need to write this based on my experience."

"I am a very dissatisfied customer. I asked for medium wavy micro braids. I received smaller stringy spaced out micro braids. My appointment was at 9 am and the lady didn't start until 10:20. A small portion was done right when she started. Then she started using different hair that wasn't so wavy. I expressed my concern and was told it would be okay that they would make it curly. In the end I don't like arguing, so I just left the establishment when she was finished. I am leaving pictures. I paid $220, and they supplied the hair."

"Winnie did my hair and she was prompt and amazing and squeeze me in I didn’t like the first three rows and she still took them down and restarted patiently only taking her about 4 hours"
