"I’ve never had a problem since coming, I had to change from the galleria to Syd due to always being someone’s genuine pig which is okay sometimes! We all have to learn, however, going to syd I get the same lady every time & she always knows exactly what I need."

"I used to love this place (Skinker location) and still do except for the woman who works Tuesday and Wednesday. She is rude, rough and no customer service skills. I’ll be back but not on those days."

"If I could give this lady zero stars I would. Not only did she mess up my eyebrows once but twice. I had to wait for my eyebrows to grow back and when I finally come back she does this. She have the nerve to say why I come back. I said because I didn’t know you would be here today and I gave you a second chance. This lady is horrible. Don’t come on a Wednesday!"
