Before my hair cut, I noticed Gabby unboxing product and stocking shelves between cutting hair, cleaning her station and welcoming customers at the front desk. When Gabby finally seated me for my haircut, I asked a question I already knew the answer to, "Are you the manager?" She replied "Yes I am"... "Franchise owner", Gabby definitely has your best business interest at heart and I would recommend she be recognized for her excellent customer service, dedication to her scope of responsibility and promoted at the next available opportunity."
