"2 DAYS after getting my eyelashes put on a clump of glue came out the bottom and it was irrating my eye. And due to work I couldn't come in that day. So the worker told me to take them off and when I could come back in and they would be replaced. So I went then the other worker tried to charge me because she said it had been more than 3 days. I explained to her what the other worker said and I stood my ground and she did put them on for no charge .4 days later the lashes started coming off so I asked if I could come in and she could glue them for me? She said since it was more than 3days she would but she has to charge the same as a new set. What a joke maybe get better quality stuff and you wouldn't have these issues !!"

"Went here today for lashes and brows. The service was great as are my eyebrows but I’m very disappointed in my lashes. I got the individual lashes thinking they would look better than when I do them myself at home but they absolutely did not. The glue was extremely think and was very irritating to my eyes. They started to lift in the corners and have already come off in one big strip by this evening."

"I have been coming to this place for about a year, but this is the first time I’m writing a review. One of the ladies, Sabina, completely messed up my eyebrows. I understood the first mistake. She was rushing, or maybe she was new (definitely hadn’t seen her before), but my eyebrows were super thin and she botched them up even more by over cutting. Mind you I have thick eyebrows so it was shock to see the finished product, and even more when I had explicitly told her to not make my eyebrows thin. Today (2nd incident was about three weeks ago) I came back and made sure she wasn’t there, and Sahar, bless her soul, did them to perfection. Sahar always listen to the customer and makes your eyebrows match up with your facial features. That’s why I gave a 3 star review, if it wasn’t for her, I’d have given Roya’s a 1. Thanks Sahar"

"I usually love getting my eyebrows done here. But I guess since I’m a “male” the lady has religious convictions against doing my brows. So I have to go across the city 21 minutes away to get my eye brows threaded. You lost my business. Thanks."

"First time here and I got my eyebrows threaded on a Sunday late afternoon and was the only one there so I was in and out in 5 minutes. I am so happy with how cleaned up and shaped my eyebrows look and the staff member that helped me was very nice and welcoming. Also a bonus that they have loyalty cards to reward you after so many times coming there! I will definitely be back."
