"The lady staffing the place negged my partner into a brow touch-up as we were passing by. It took about 10 minutes longer than it should have, and her attempts to butter us up with compliments were as empty as the storefront she pulled us into. Even though she said the touch-up would cost $12, she tried to upsell us to a $30 gift card that we could then use to pay the original price. It's definitely in your best interest to stay away from this place. Not even the South County Center's website lists them in their directory!"

"I got my eyebrows done here yesterday and I would LOVE to speak to the person who owns this stand because honestly it was a terrible experience. First of all she did not wipe down the chair after each client which right now is a health hazard, my eyebrows are uneven, SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK HOW I WANTED THEM, and I handed the woman $15 even though the service was only $11 and instead of asking if I wanted to tip she just pocketed the money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."

"I did my brows today with Ferideh, I nicely asked her if she can just clean up my brows. I do eyebrows myself ‘threading’ and I had really thick eyebrows but when she finished the moment I looked half of my brows were gone!!! Would never ever go back and do not recommend her to anyone. Beside that she was very racist about where I was from, and commented rude about my religion!!!! I hope someone at Brow Art 23 will ready this and take this as consideration, as she said she is the manager of all the stores around USA so I am not sure if she was being honest or not. Thank you"

"Worst place ever. I went there and this Asian lady that's there messed my eyebrow up and left a small bald patch when I told her she messed up she tried fixing it by filling in my eyebrow I yelled at her and she had the audacity to say you can purchase the dip brow and gel for 20 bucks. I would not recommend her to anyone. The Arab lady was the best that was there. This Asian lady must not have a license because she is that bad and makes it so painful."

"I have been there a couple of times so my experience wasn't a 1 time thing. Around Christmas time I went in this location to get my eyebrows threaded. The girl went extremely fast and was very rough. Not even a week later it looked like I had not even had anything done. When I got out of the chair my eyebrow looked horrible- I asked her to take another look and fix them. Fast forward to 3-4 weeks later I thought I would give it another shot same exact situation. This lady in this place can not have a license she really has no clue what she is doing. Okay last attempt at this same lady of course. Same situation I had to get up from the chair 4 different times and I has to yell her to fix it. I am the last person to be super picky but come on. I gave you the benfit of the doubt 3 times now I would be a fool to return."
