"I see this place nearly every day and it seems to just keep going downhill. They removed their hours posted outside, even though they were on their window it now just says the days, a dash, and then it's blank. They are constantly closed and it's surprising they are even making a profit because it doesn't seem like they have any customers with the amount they close. Not only have I never been able to go when I have time because of them closing like this but my mom tried going mid day and they had closed. They are next to/in a store! How are you closing when the store is open and people are constantly there. I would recommend going anywhere else as it's just not worth the hassle of trying to even figure out if they are open on any given day."

"Very bad experience. Showed the photo for haircut but they seems to cut the hair as they like. Don’t go to this shop instead go any nearby barber shop. My haircut is really messed up. Need to wear cap to hide the haircut. Never going to great clips again."

"I have visited Great Clips at MacKenzie Point over the past 4 years. While service has been good (and I am a consistent tipper) I must say this salon has gone down hill. Closing the shop for a whole week and then reopening with only one operator to run the entire operation. An hour wait ... really? But why be rude to the customers? I hope the owner sees this review. Customers have options. I'm done with your shop. CJ"

"The stylist who cut my hair did a good job when all was said and done, but her cold and dismissive demeanor made me feel awkward during the whole process. She also kept bumping my piercings which didn’t feel great either. Would recommend the Loughborough or Affton Plaza locations over this one."
