"I just had a haircut, and it was a disaster. It was clear that the stylist lacked passion and enthusiasm for her work. She seemed disinterested and didn't know what to do. I think her name is Hanna. I had asked for a simple bobcut, but she started by cutting the first layer at the back before ensuring that all the hair was of equal length. This resulted in the middle section above my neck being shorter than the left and right sides. When I pointed out the mistake, she cut off a bunch of my hair while I was standing, and she even ruined my clothes. I had plans to go somewhere else after the visit, but my clothes were ruined. She then started discussing with the receptionist as if she didn't understand my request, and the receptionist had to step in to fix the haircut. In the end, I paid $21 for a short haircut, but I was completely unsatisfied. It's no wonder the salon was empty when I arrived; I didn't feel welcomed at all."
