"Roc the only male there who I requested did a terrible haircut. Did not even shampoo my hair like who doesn’t shampoo hair. And he cut my hair with an electric hair trimmer. I believe they charged me 35/40 for a terrible service provided and I tipped him because I just felt sorry for him and the salon. But never again will I use their services."
