"Had a horrible massage that was cut short because she was late (not me). Asked for a deep tissue and it was super soft. When she turned me over to do other side she didn’t touch my arms or thighs and maybe spent 3 minutes on shoulders and calves. Called three times to talk to manager and still waiting for a call back. The receptionist hung up on me the last time I called. All I want is another massage or a refund. After all I did not get what I went in for. Frustrated customer"

The receptionist went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me while I had my massage. Ellen was my massage therapist. She was very professional but also very personable.
