"Good Place for Indian grocery. Vegetables are fresh. You get all varieties here"
"Worst experience. I bought 40 lb rice bag mentioned as (anniversary foods premium quality) on July 22nd 2023. The bag had packed Date as apr 2023 and use before 24 months from the date of packaging. The bag was well stored at a dry place at home and I opened it by Nov. It had lot of bugs and I called the store. They asked to bring the rice to the store and I took it too. After reaching the store the employees there were telling they never received a call and we had to show the dialed history to prove we spoke to them. Finally the owner came in a call and told lot of customers are bringing the rice bags complaining about bugs and they cannot give a refund and also gave an explanation that the use by date is only for store and not customers. I asked them to keep the 40 lb rice bag with them as it not of use anymore. Finally he gave a discount of $15 for a loss of $40. Very bad experience and waste of time. We are not returning it with no reason. When a food item is not edible when we open it, the quality is in question."
"Price tags are missing on aisles. Beware of checking the display when you check out and expect the prices on high side. Over the period of 6 months the number of brands did increase and the quality of service has improved. Would be great if the owner could bring in South Indian coconut oil (Nilamel,Nirapara or Malabar) 1 litre and 2 litre to the oil section."
"Good store for all Indian needs. Clean and Well maintained."
"Not very pricey, not too cheap. All you get is indian groceries, vegetables, Pooja stuffs, indian cosmetic, ready to eat food that's it. Some items are really make no sense why those have so much price, some are neutral. You'll get same price in Global Store also (may be cheaper). Most positive thing: You can buy almost every Indian item here. (Its complete Indian store with lots of verities) Even some items are not available in a single shop in India. Most negative thing: They don't put price tag on items, you are not able to decide how much quantity will save your bucks (smaller or bigger). How to reach: From CWE take metro train, drop at Maplewood-Manchester station, take bus route 57 and drop and Manchester-Weidman Road crossing. Store is along with Ashley Store."
