"My wife took my son at this location today to get his haircut and the lady, Suzi, who was going to cut his hair seemed very annoyed and extremely rude. Even through we booked our slot using the Great Clips app, but the lady initially did not recognize my son's name. Their system was down, so my wife asked few simple questions like when can the haircut start, whether the coupon on the last receipt can be applied, whether they would take only cash, etc. But the lady simple walked away from her saying my wife to look into the board. While my wife asked the questions again, the lady shouted at my wife and asked her to "Get out of the store". She even threatened my wife that she will call 911 and put a harassment charge on her. When my wife also stood her ground and said that okay she will wait for the police to arrive and talk to them as she has not done anything wrong by asking simple questions, the lady backed off and simply said "just leave". On top of that, she did not even provide a valid receipt to my wife, even though she provided a valid receipt with coupon to the previous customer. Upon asking for the store manager, she simply said "I'm the boss here". This shows her rude and racist nature. We have been going for haircut at this location for sometime now, since this is very close to our place, but every time we have felt this rude behaviour from this lady. This was the last time we went to this location and will never visit this location again."

"I have 3 boys who needed a haircut (14/4/2 years). Amy was great! She was cheerful efficient and had a great attitude to the job plus got the cuts done quickly with a smile. She was especially patient with my 2 year old who is not fond of haircuts and my 4 year old who is a non verbal autistic. The place is clean and welcoming and they process customers quickly so the wait time is usually zero or reasonable.. I will be back! Update- had our first cut with SAM and she was so great with my now 5yr old autistic son. He even tolerated the machine cut which he never had done before! Please bring your business to these amazing women. Amy and SAM are kind AND efficient at their work! Never going anywhere else :) use the app and sign in when you are 5min away. I usually go first thing in the morning and there is usually no wait time at all."

"I took my son to get his haircut and the lady who was going to cut his hair seemed very annoyed that she had to work today. I showed her a picture of the haircut that I wanted. It's a haircut he's been getting since he was three or four years old. she kept asking me what number setting I wanted the trimmer/buzzer to be on. I said I don't know I am not an experienced a hair cutter. I showed her the picture again and she didn't even look at it. She was extremely aggravated that I part my son's hair one way but she said that it shouldn't part that way because of a cowlick. This is the way we've always parted my son's hair. Then she told me that the way I do it it's going to look like a comb over. She reeks of cigarettes and was running her nasty yellow cigarette-Laden fingers through my son's hair. I just told her nevermind and I had my son get up and leave. She acted so put out by the fact that I wanted a simple haircut and had a picture of it, and that I was annoying her by just being there wanting her service. She is full of tattoos, an older lady, and has dirty blond filthy hair. I did not catch her name. I kept looking around for her a name tag or something on her station indicating her name and never saw anything. I will never go back to this place again."

"Been to this location at least 4x. Everyone is very nice. So glad that they're there. Was going to get my haircut on Sunday, but they were closed. Had to go Monday. While driving by this Sunday morning, people were walking in to get their haircut. Now they're open on Sunday and closed on Monday. I like Great Clips, I'm glad they've opened a store at Lafayette Center but I wish they'd figure out when they want to be opened and closed. It changes daily."
