"Dan cut my babies hair for the first time ever. I asked him to trim and go slow so I can see the progression as we wanted to keep it a bit longer on top and clean up the sides. He immediately brought out the shaver first terrifying my child without getting him comfortable. Picked up hair off the ground because he forgot the save a hair lock for his certificate. Then we he got to the top and cut it all off it one chunk. It is choppy, uneven and then we asked if he could even it out, he was mad and made it even worse. Completely ruined his first haircut experience and now there isn’t enough hair to get it fixed. So unbelievably disappointed. It took him all of 7 minutes to ruin is hair. Before and after pics were taken. The after is even with us geling and brushing it down ourselves to make it look better with no help from the stylist. Then they sold us gel because we needed something to smooth it out. He gave us lotion and we had to drive 20 minutes back to get the correct product. When I expressed all this to who I assume was the owner the reply was “well, sorry”"

"My husband and I drove an hour to the Tampa westchase location. We arrived 12 minutes late due to an accident on the hwy and were told we would have to reschedule for another day. The stylist was not friendly and not willing to work us in. The shop was completely empty and we were in the parking lot until 3:20 pm (our appointment time was 3pm) there were no other customers that entered during that time. My son has special needs and the point of making this trip was to have someone who is used to working with kids, I could have saved time and money and just taken him somewhere local. This business is a joke. I see so many other reviews about the same issue. I can't wait to see this location lose more business."

"Today I took both my children there for a scheduled hair appointment. We unfortunately we’re running behind due to hitting some traffic. When we showed up to our appointment less than 10 minutes late we were told that due to their new policy if anyone is five minutes or greater late they have the right to cancel the policy to keep the day moving smoothly and accommodate walk ins. So upon arrival they canceled our appointment right now and told us they could no longer see us that day… The store was completely empty, there were no other people waiting to be seen. I completely understand about needing to enforce the policy and would’ve been totally OK with it had there been people who were waiting to get their haircuts but the store was empty there were no other customers waiting to be seen so we could have absolutely been accommodated even though we were several minutes late."
