This is a TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! *SECOND UPDATE* 3/14/2022 Please take your money and use it at a locally owned salon that cares about their customers. I have had zero assistance and am at a loss for words. This is not how you run a business. See attached pictures of my hair that was allegedly “done by a professional.” Extremely disheartening as I have never had an experience like this in the hair industry. *UPDATE* I have been repeatedly contacting the salon for a refund. Not one person is getting back to me. The salon owner, Tanya, replied ONCE asking if we could speak via phone. I replied yes please and provided pictures and videos of my hair as well. Since then I have received nothing. I have resent my email again and also reached out to corporate with NO LUCK! Please STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! I have been reaching out to management to resolve the terrible experience I had with no luck. 0 response from the salon after multiple attempts. I will be telling everyone I can to stay away."
