"The first job they did was fine. It took a while to schedule but the worker was nice and the work was good. When I needed more work done in the same area I did not hesitate to call them again. The lady who answered the phone was very nice but no one ever got back to me. This happened with the previous job so I was not deterred and just called again. Consistently over a matter of months I was assured that they were just busy and would get to me. Finally I called and simply asked if there was a reason they did not want to do our job-did they not like the neighborhood, did our lifestyle offend them, did our cash payment not make it to them last time? We were assured that this was completely on them and had nothing to do with us. They set an appointment, cancelled the appointment because they got a late start due to snow, they remade the appointment, canceled and remade again and when they finally showed up they informed me that they decided that instead of doing the job they decided that it was such a big job they just wanted to measure as give us a bid. (The job was to re-grout a shower tile from top of tub up about 3.5 feet on 3 walls). These people went to great measures to avoid doing this job. Beware if you actually want the work done, call someone else. Don't be fooled by the platitudes they will spout at you. Nice is great but it doesn't do the work."
