"The cut was good but the color was off, I understood that there was a lot of red, but I would have been better off paying for an all over color with blonde highlights. The red coloring bled severely into the blonde turning it into a pink shade towards the bottom. Having to go back to get this taken care of again, just replacing more blonde highlights into my hair. Over all customer service was alright. The stylist was really rough though. Plus leaving roots on top of my head wasn't too happy about it. Really wish I would have gone somewhere else at this point."
