Never will be going back I was waiting 30 mins stepped outside because it was a really nice day and came back in not even 5 mins and they skipped me completely and took my name off….(edit) Manager was amazing just amazing! She called me up and took care of me immediately! She was super nice and I love my hair cut! Thank you again so much"

"Everyone is super nice. I always try to give Great Clips the benefit of the doubt, but this time I did not have a good experience. I try to be considerate because I know everyone works hard here and it's not easy getting hair right for everyone. But I have a pretty simple haircut. I felt like there was a miscommunication with my stylist and the first time I saw the haircut I was pretty shocked and not very happy. She made some adjustments but it's still not what I intended on getting. Now at home I'm just considering shaving my head because of how short it is on the top. I'm sorry. I just feel like I paid 20+ dollars to end up wanting to shave my head. I don't think that's fair."

"Jay found a rash under our son's hair. He has wanted a short buzz and Jay figured out why! Jay provided some sweet advice and care for our son. It's been so hot and it could be from sweat or not rinsing out products well enough. Our son said it's been itchy and we had no idea! I thanked him multiple times and he would say, "no need to thank, that's our job". He even gave our son two suckers - one for now and one for later :)"

"Walked in on a Sunday at around 1pm, and was seated right away. Jenny cut my hair. She was fast, efficient, and haircut looked good. Before I went here I tried and tried to find out how much a men's haircuts cost. But, couldn't find them priced anywhere. For a men's standard haircut it cost $19. I recommend great clips to get a haircut."
