"Absolutely terrible, rude, and unprofessional company. I spent about 50k last year with this company and on pace to do much more this year. I have used them for many years and they used to be good but they have gone downhill very fast. I understand the business environment and the labor shortage currently so mistakes will happen. It is how a company handles those mistakes that separates the good companies from the bad. In the past year they have problems showing up as scheduled (they won't even tell you they did not show up) which costs me money having to push move-ins back. They can care less but they will have no problems billing you for a mistake such as not leaving access to a unit (which I should have to pay a service call for). They expect you to pay for your mistakes but they have no intentions on paying for theirs. When you bring up a mistake to the sales rep it takes him days to respond and when he does he is very rude. Their contractors will bill you for things like moving appliances and floor prep on pretty much every job and sometimes not even do it knowing no one is on site to verify it was actually done. Until recently we started keeping a better eye out and moving our own appliances but I still get charged for it. I have repairs in some hallways that I spent about 15k doing where the carpet came unglued right after the install almost a year ago and it is still not repaired after asking over and over again. They tore the walls up removing the cove base, on a lot more than 1 occasion, and I was nice enough to have my guys repair and paint the walls instead of making the flooring contractors repair it. I would even try to save them a trip and request the repairs be done when they were already on site doing a different install but it never happens. Save your self the headache and use CS Flooring or United Carpet. They are truly happy to get new business and are much more professional, responsive, and organized. Their pricing is pretty much the same without all the nickel and diming as well and their sales reps answer the phone."
