"We purchased 3 rooms of high grade carpet that Brewers installed. After about 2 yrs the carpet had buckled in every room. Even in the 2 rooms that are barely used. The carpet even buckled on the stairs. I had them out twice to try and fix first time he wanted to charge me labor and said he would get back with me . I waited several months no word so I called them out again. He looked at it and then said it was the carpet not the installation ! And said I needed receipts for past 5 years of cleaning! So needless to say he isn’t going to do anything about the fact that the carpet is buckled everywhere!! Very disappointed in the fact that as soon as there was a problem they couldn’t do anything!! Who keeps carpet cleaning receipts for 5 yrs???? Would not recommend and I have used them several times before but this is the first time I had a problem!!"
