"Very disappointed at this location. If i could i would give it 0 stars. I received a massage gift certificate as a gift for this location. I was looking very much forward to it since I'm a Mom of 3 and have very busy job. I went online and booked my appointment and it said the appointment was confirmed, so I thought everything was good. Went to the location for my appointment and get told they don't have my down. I explained to them that I went online, and it said confirmed. One of the ladies asked if I got a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I did not. ( Oh, while I was dealing with all this, another employee came out and out loud, said, " So you're gonna be pissed at me..." uh, that's real professional? Instead of having that conversation in front of Clients why don't you pulled the other associate aside and have that conversation?) Anyways as I logged into my account to see if my appointment was still there, the employee asked did you summit twice? I said no because it said confirm? She said you have to hit summit twice... no where on the website does it say I had to do that? So I said well I live 30 mins away from here so I drove out here for nothing? She said I'm sorry and that they don't have control what the website does and had nothing else to say. I said ok and walked out. They didn't bother saying or asking if they can help me in another way or asked if I wanted to reschedule a different appointment. Nothing. This left a bad taste in my mouth. First all blaming it on the website seriously? Then fix it? Call your corporate and have them fix the issue it's not hard. Or don't have your website book appointments and say call instead. It's not hard. Even though this massage was a gift to me I will not be coming back. And if anyone ask for a recommendation I will not mention this place."
"There are a few superb massage therapist that work here and I miss going to them. The owner has changed her thought pattern into money instead of what is best for the clients and I will never return. I highly recommend a couple massage therapist, but would never give my money to this franchise again. Very petty mentality. I truly do wish that your apology was sincere, however it very much is not. I had spoke with management many times about this and nothing transpired from it besides arguments and an extremely frustrated client. One of your best therapist no longer works there and that honestly is the biggest reason why I do not return. Maybe if their income would be a little bit more than bread crumbs, the good ones would be able to stay and be happy there. I ran into the therapist I used to have there and she said they fired her because of the stupidest reason ever! They had told me that she had an emergency! They are very dishonest people that undercut their employees and clients. Can't believe they fired her! It was ALWAYS hard to get onto her schedule because she was SO AWESOME! Glad I ran into her because now I have her number and can get a massage with her again! Thank you Katherine! You are the very best massage therapist I've ever had!"

"Brynn does my face and she is Amazing. She knows the products and knows the steps to get a younger looking face. Elizabeth did my massage- I was surprised at how smooth her hands felt, but her techniques were powerful. She can do light to medium. Raheem did a firm pressure last time. He was great because I had been working out hard that month. And India did me a few times as well. She can do all levels. Rae was at the front desk and did a good job on booking. It’s now October, my original Estitician is gone. But Alley did a nice job ."
