"My husband and I recently visited the store in search of living room furniture. We found the store to have a good selection. We actually found a set that we liked. A woman quickly came to us. Sadly, this woman wasn’t helpful at all. She wanted to talk about her cats and her own furniture. She followed us around and didn’t let us browse. It was an uncomfortable experience because this woman wasn’t professional in any sort of way. We ended up leaving the store, not because of the selection, but because of this individual. We were told even in spending a large amount of money we would still pay for delivery. We ended up going to Carol House where we found such amazing and professional people who truly helped us and there if you spend $900 delivery is free. Of course we would rather spend our money close to home in our own community, but this time I think, when ready to purchase we will return to Carol House. Entering Union Furniture and possibly encountering this woman again isn’t the shopping experience we wish to have."
