"Arrived and was told there was a $10 cover charge (the security guy had to ask what the charge even was and if you could pay by card). 3 more African American women came in behind us and was charged $0 for a cover. Get to the counter and was told we had to order everything up front , food, hookah , liquor . They didn’t have the high priced pasta , and were out of many liquors. I had been here one other time and the service was much better , but after last night I will not be back. I would hate to think it was racism as my husband is white when we told the made up price for a cover. I will not be back."

"It’s a nice location, it looks really good inside especially on the larger side of the building! I can give them that. But it’s overpriced with bad service. They need more staff & a better quality security guard. Just for myself I spent well over $100. They charge you $20 at the door, then the person at the main counter is also the hooka person & the bartender. The drinks $20 each, hooka $40, the pasta was $30.. if you are going to have high prices come up off that door fee that’s going to the security guard via cashapp lol. It’s not the customers responsibility to pay for your “security guard” time that’s what an hourly wage is for. Also hire some servers, it’s no reason the people at the tables aren’t getting serviced/checked on after they receive their food/drink/hooka."

"Just terrible. I honestly think ppl just open businesses to say that they have one these days. Picks and chooses when to be open despite what the business hours say online. Drove all the way here just for them to be closed. Also no business hours on the door This business doesn’t even have a phone number that ppl can call to check & see if they are open especially when they aren’t consistent. There was even one time they were open and I couldn’t even tell because they had all the chairs put up. Thank goodness I walked up to see & then they suddenly tried to take them all down. Isn’t the point of having a business is to attract customers? Not try to run them away so the employees can chill & do what they want. It could be one person in there & your food still would take 40 minutes, because even when they are open, they aren’t prepared to operate & don’t intend too if they don’t have too"

"Been a regular here for a long time. Always low volume of people when I go. The food is always amazing, hands down. But last night was my last visit. The alcohol was CUT. (Blew my mind) No sir. Also, a Physical altercations was going on and security socializing. Plus we had to pay a cover charge at the door even tho we initially just wanted to order food. Completely bummed to be honest …"

"ZERO STARS!!!!! No organization!!! No line to order just a crowd of people giving orders. People were breaking in cars and security did nothing. After ordering, I waited one hour on my food and it never came. I reminded the cashier and she insisted my food was coming up. After another hour of horrible service and NO FOOD, they said they can return my money. I was left hungry at 2am!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!"
