"Haircuts are fine, but this salon’s appointment and time management leave a lot to be desired. Of the last 6 appointments I’ve had, my stylist was 30+ minutes late for 5 of them. I understand there can be occasional issues with services taking longer than expected or mistakes in scheduling, but consistently having this problem is unacceptable. Today I had a 4:00 appointment and the stylist came out to the register for her previous client’s payment at 4:15. She let me know she had another haircut to do before she could get to me. This means it would have been at least 45 minutes after my appointment time before I even made it to the chair—ridiculous for an appointment made over three weeks ago and at this point, too common of an occurrence. Time to find a new salon!"

"I have been going there for over 15 years. I called a week and a half ahead of time to get a cut, just a cut. Confirmed it all with the receptionist, they have a new one practically every time I go there. Got to my appointment and they had claimed I was never on the books! they had really double booked and gave away my spot!. They go back to talk to the stylist Sue and she turned me away. She has been cutting my hair for a few years now. I always tip well. They just lost a well paying ,long time customer turned me away like I was nobody. So I am done with them. They are not reliable at all. Really poor customer service. I grew up with two sister's that were hairdressers and had their own shops. They would have NEVER treated a customer like this."
