"87th Henhouse pretty much blows. NEVER had a decent cut including today! Stylist only cared about lunch and I confused my lady asking for 3 on sides and back, blend in the top and just even it out. Literally she said she was confused. Go somewhere else"
"I have been going to this salon for almost 4 years now. Tammy is my regular stylist. She’s extremely friendly, talented and knowledgeable about her work. If she isn’t there, then Kim steps in and does a tremendous job for me. This particular location is run like a well-oiled machine and they’ll continue to have my business."
"Out of the handful of times I’ve come here for a quick trim, I have never been more disappointed by the service I received from Missy. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND using her or speaking to her for that matter. Worst customer service. Each time I come in I always get about a 1/2inch to an inch cut off. And how we get to that conclusion is by me asking for their opinion of how much they recommend based off the damage of the ends since sometimes I do like to use hot tools. This lady refused to tell me her opinion because she “got burnt” the last time she told someone how much to cut off. I don’t see how that could possibly be because you should be showing your client how much you’re taking off before you actually do it. Anyway, I went on to tell her that just a month and a half ago I came in here for a cut and that her other colleagues are always more than willing to give me their input with no problem. This lady then grabs a handful of my hair and says that she would recommend taking 5-6inches off of my hair because, “the damage goes all the way up here, don’t you see the split ends?” Ma’am. That was unnecessary and completely uncalled for. Missy is extremely rude, sarcastic and unpleasant to even talk to. I haven’t had a problem before but this is what I get for coming to a place like this."
"She cut my hair less than a minute I really again not even a minute. She use machine number 3 both side and back. She didn’t even cut the hanging hair around my ear. I requested to clean it well she said I can do. I was shocked and surprised. I still tips her $3 total $23"
"Went in on a Sunday morning. Only one customer waiting for a specific stylist. There was a 67 minute wait because there were about 8 people who checked in online. They told me I would have to wait until after all of those people. I totally understand if they were actually in the building waiting, but they weren't even in the parking lot, and they were going to make me wait. Why have "walk-in welcome" sign when we're not welcome. They expect you to reserve a spot online instead of just walking in. I was actually driving by and decided to get a haircut because they weren't busy. I have also had issues trying to reserve online in the past. A stylist who wasn't busy, said she would do my hair. My hair is short and would only take 10 minutes. It isn't like I was asking for a perm or had long hair to style. Just as I was checking out, those people who reserved a spot, were just walking in. They would have turned away a paying customer in front of them, just to wait for someone possibly going to show up. I have been coming here for years and will most likely look for somewhere else to go. I only go here when I have a coupon anyway. The stylist who did my hair was very nice, did a good job, and was accommodating, so she isn't to blame. The other staff needs a little customer service training."
