"!!Do not book with Brooke!! She kept getting the lash extensions stuck to my lashes on both eyes and spent almost the entire time plucking at my eyes to separate them until I told her just to end the whole session and remove the extensions. Painfully ripping out my lashes was the last straw - then to top it off, she burns my left eye with lash removal without apologizing. She was not friendly and uncommunicative. The ladies at the counter tried to defend her saying she’s one of their best master stylist. That’s pretty sad. They attempted to still charge me $45 for her time. I’m not paying for my lashes ripped out and my eyes burned. Avoid this location. Edit: Your director met all my concerns with dismissals. She attempted to get me to pay for the products used and brookes time spent on my lashes. She only “waived” my charges because I said I would come back. I just left another lash technician and she was shocked at the state of my lashes. She asked me if I had been plucking at my lashes and when I explained what happened, she said she could tell someone had tore them up with tweezers because they’re different lengths across my eyes. This is not a personal attack, this is an actual warning: Do not go to this location. It is appalling the level of unprofessionalism that this location has for dealing with customer concerns by using dismissive and minimizing language when there is clear evidence there was damage done to my eyelashes, as seen by another professional."
