"We have been trying to get a hold of a person for a month now, their client hit us and we have been inconvenienced and treated like a number. We have sent emails and left voices with no response to our questions, request for updates or concerns though they sent a text to us saying if our car wasn't ready when the tow truck came we would be charge. Worst company to work with"

"It has been nearly 2 months since I submitted my claim to Chubb I’ve received 3 letters saying my claim is under review. What does that mean? I really lost a family member sent a death certificate and a obituary notice. The premium was paid! So what are they reviewing? I also had a policy for myself that I am going to cancel because I never want anyone to have to wait this long for an insurance payout and no we are not Talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is a very basic policy. A called the company and asked for the amount of time it takes to review a policy and was told there is no time limit on payout they can take as long as they want! So think hard about maintaining a policy that may not give your family any financial assistance for a very long time after you death!"
