"We appreciated the knowledge of the sales team, and the help they gave us. The install team worked long hours to get our job done, and they were mostly tidy and polite. The reason for our 4 vs 5 star is that at the end, the last day, late they majorly scuffed some walls (~ five 1' long black marks etc) and left some damage, so we asked them to stop by at their convenience to clean up these major issues (we knew there would be minor clean up issues as our own reponsibility). They essentially told us we needed to do the clean up and offered product suggestions to use. After the amount we spent with them, this left a bad impression on us."

"I haven't been thrilled with the install from the date they finished. I talked to our salesman and felt a little brushed off a year ago and no one came out to follow up at that time Now I havea situation where the luxury vinyl tile is bunching up in a room in the basement. I have talked to someone a few times and they'll send an "installer"out when they're in the area. That was May 23rd. I suspect I'm going to get the run around even if they ever show up as I was asked if we had water damage or perhaps a crack in the floor. That doesn't really explain other issues I had from Day One. The materials I was sold seem to be fine; the install which is probably as important was not."
