"Placed an order and paid extra for same day delivery. Order still is not delivered three days later. Got a very unprofessional phone call at 9pm saying "all the staff quit. Sorry we can't t deliver your order again." Why accept orders if you can't deliver them? What a terrible experience"
"So disappointed. Ordered and prepaid for an edible arrangement for someone that is challenging to buy for. This seemed the perfect substitute for a cake. Received email confirmation that the order was ready. I dropped by at 5:15 p.m. Store hours posted closing time of 7:00 p.m. The 'open' sign was on but the lights were out and the door was locked. I called the online customer service and store phone number posted on the Edible Arrangement's delivery truck. Each time, three calls total, the numbers sent me to a call center 'queue'. Once it sent me to a tone, then a dead end. Twice, I left a message. One of which was marked urgent. It's the next day and no one has contacted me yet. My phone number was on the order. All someone had to do was call to let me know the order wouldn't be honored. So, a birthday party without the dessert and so far, no refund or restitution. First and last time for Edible Arrangements."
"Do not order from this store, poor customer service. They didn’t deliver my order when I called to get an update the worker got confused with another order and apologized as “half her staffed walked out”. She then states how she will make the order and get it delivered that day. I specifically asked the worker Sarah to go over the order to make sure everything was correct. When the order got delivered it was not even the order I had originally placed, order was made out to a whole other person. When called back the store, they never answered until 2 days after. I then spoke to the manager in which she gave me a 10% discount which I feel is nothing considering they never got my order right and never delivered it on time. Especially after talking to the worker she still got the wrong order. 3 days after, my order was delivered without the balloons that I had ordered. Overall just bad bad experience and will never order from this store again. Hence why this store has such bad reviews."
"I'm not surprised that this store has low reviews from many other customers. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom's birthday. First, they didn't have the birthday sleeve that was a part of my order, so they called and asked if they could replace it with a balloon, which I was fine with. Then the order goes out for delivery, thank gosh I put my name as the delivery contact rather than my mom because I got multiple calls with issues on the delivery. The driver called to let me know that a bridge was closed and she wanted to know how to get to the house. I was fully aware that the bridge was closed, but there are alternate ways to get to the house and since the road has been closed, Apple Maps doesn't even show that as a possible route. I told her I am not familiar with the roads around there (I live in St. Louis), and asked if she could put it in her map. Then I get a text from the delivery driver with a picture of a road covered in water. Her text said "The other road is closed and I don't feel comfortable using this one. Can someone meet me in Nixa?" So I downloaded the picture, because on iPhones, you can see where the picture was taken, and she was no where near my moms house. I was so confused, but I wasn't going to ask my mom to go meet someone to pick up a surprise I wanted to send her for her birthday. So I asked the delivery driver if I could just reschedule and she said yes and to call the store. The store called me and said they would put it back out for delivery the next day. The next day goes by and it didn't go out, so I called the following day and left a message. Waited all day for a call back and they STILL wanted to see if my mom could meet them somewhere to pick it up. I just wanted to cancel at that point, and I forgot to mention, when I answered the phone, she asked if I was my mom. They tried to call the recipient of the gift to get them to meet them instead of delivering the items. I think that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! I paid for the items to get delivered and they should be! It is a gift and a surprise. I can't imagine my mom answering the phone and being so confused as to why they were calling, because I didn't let her know in the first place that I had ordered them, (that's the point of a gift/surprise). Anyways, they ended up refunding me which is fine I guess, but so frustrating because I just wanted to do something nice for my mom on her birthday. I just wanted them to complete the delivery that I paid for! Regardless of what map they were using, Apple Maps, Google Maps, they should have been able to use their heads and find an alternate route. You can literally go on the computer and move the lines around on the map to find a different route. Also, the alternate route they could have gone to get to the house is not any faster than going the way that they took to the closed road. Do yourself a favor and listen to myself and all the other reviews of this location. Don't order from here!"
"Let me just say I am very thankful for that. This order was finished and I couldn’t give it to my wife for per they gift with some of her allergic restrictions. I also will say the people at the store front. They did their very best to work with me in a timely manner, and to be pleasant. However, once I received my order, it seemed a close reflection of what I ordered. But for the 74 $75 for the strawberries and fruit and even the arrangement and how it was displayed, it seemed like a kidney gardener could do better. Also, I have taken multiple pictures of how old the pineapple. It looked old and frayed like it was cut three days or more ago. Again, this is not something that is a value at all. I think there may have been 15 to 20 strawberries and four maybe five pineapple wedges. Again, I’m thankful that I had it however, I will not be going again."
