"I’ve been going to randy for about four months now, and I will never go to anybody else in St. Louis again. I even lived at the Lake of the Ozarks and still came back to see him to get my nails done. I am an extremely picky customer when it comes to shape, length, and color. Randy has always taken time to choose the perfect color if I was debating and makes sure I am happy with my nails before I leave. He’s precise and gentle. Everybody else at the salon is very professional and nice. They are well organized in the salon is extremely clean."

"I am very unhappy with the service I received here. The guy did a very sloppy job, I had a 12pm appointment and they didn’t begin service until 12:30pm. He rushed through the service and I was left with a very sloppy manicure. I spoke with the manager and asked if he wouldn’t mind working with me on the price. By the time the guy finished I had to leave. I didn’t have time for him to re-do the job. The manager only gave me $5 off for this sloppy service. I’m very unhappy. I want a full refund for the service I received here. This was terrible customer service and a great example of not valuing the customer. I still left a 20% tip on the original cost of service for the guy, but strongly feel the manager should have refunded me for this manicure. His solution was to inconvenience me even further by asking me to come back. My schedule is busy and I needed them to get it right the first time. I don’t want to come back, I want a refund. Bad experience."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a manicure. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a dip manicure done and the technician that did it left my fingers bleeding and my nails gritty. The top coat polish was not smooth at all and dried with uneven stains. My nails feel rigid and completely ruined. I have had dip manicures many times before and this is by far the worst job I have ever seen done. I read many positive reviews about the salon which is why I chose to try it, but unfortunately I am now out $40 and need to have them redone somewhere else. I will never return to Lush Nail Spa and I will never recommend the salon to anyone I know. I would be embarrassed if I was the technician that left a job like this as a finished project. The photos are of the chips in the solidified dip polish, the bleeding under and around my fingers, and the uneven and dull top coat. The photos make her work look good. I wish the salon great improvements and hope that no one else has an experience like mine."
