"I went in for a hair cut the night before my maternity pics the lady who cut my hair was nice the only issue I have is she didn’t follow instructions and completely ignored what I wanted! My hair was past my belly button I asked for 1-2 inches off and layering with curtain bangs! She proceeded to ask me if I knew what 1-2 inches was and said that was a lot I showed her and she said yes! Apparently she didn't know what 1-2 inches was because I left with 6-8 inches gone my hair barely comes over my shoulder to say I’m devastated is an understatement I will never trust another person to cut my hair again this was a terrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone because of it !!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! For reference I went to the hilltop location !"

"I had to come in for a recut. I normally use the Hilltop shop, but it was closed by the time I was able to get my hair cut, so I went to the one on Red Wolf. I loved the "Idea" of the first cut, but it was not executed well. It was uneven in the back and longer on one side. So I went to the Hilltop shop and everything was fixed! It's a little shorter than I originally wanted but it's great! I love Great Clips, and will continue to trust them with my hair! Even the one on Red Wolf! Everyone has an off day and I really would have loved the first cut if it was even!"
