"I have been shopping at Sally’s for well over 15 to 20 years and this Sally’s is by far the absolute worst Sally’s I have ever been in the staff is inconsiderate. They are over bearing they constantly shatter you like you’re constantly shoplifting. They have absolutely no sense as to what products they sell a product they don’t and they never have anything in stock that they that. If I didn’t live so far away from the Springfield Ozark or Nixa one, I would never step in to the Sally’s again the hovering is absolutely disrespectful.!"

"This was my first time being at this location. I walked in an i heard a lady say hello. I told her what i was looking for she was standing in the back on her phn so as i walked her way she looked erratated that she had to get off her phn. The store was empty by the way. I followed her as she walked around to another isle where another employee was she had what i was looking for in her hand. They acted like i was a bother An that they may hate their job. Like i was an inconvenience to them. They never smiled. Made me very uncomfortable. I wont be shopping there anymore. One lady had blonde hair the other im not sure it was orangeish red maybe strawberry blond. Like a dye job gone wrong idk."

"came in here once with my grandmother because she was looking for a hair product (a diffuser attachment for a hair dryer). my grandma suffers from dementia and has a hard time explaining things. the lady helping us showed NO patience and did not hesitate to let her frustration show through dramatic eye rolls and loud sighs. i understand that the lady couldn’t have known about her mental condition, but i found her attitude towards us to be extremely unprofessional and upsetting regardless. will not be returning under any circumstances. seriously? that’s my grandmother you’re talking to!"

"We will NEVER do business with this Sally's ever again! Worse Customer Service ever! My wife did an online order and it was set up to pick it up at the Branson Sally's. She went in to pick it up. She seen her order sitting on the counter. It was already paid for.. One of the Cashiers gave my wife total hell about her order. I had to go into the store about 25 minutes later to see what the problem was. I also had to wait once inside. I finally just told them to cancel the order. Something as simple as an online order ended up ruining my wife's day. Now we have to drive all the way to Springfield to get our products in person. Thank God for delivery services. If I could give them a zero rating, I would!"

"Very non professional, 2 customers 3 clerks. I was never greeted. Looking for a hair piece, very limited except for long straight small pieces, a few curl clusters in about 3 or 4 colors. No grey no reds no light browns or dark blonds."
