"I went to get lash extensions at 417 glamgirl and 15-20 mins in I had an extreme panic attack. First panic attack I ever had. I got my lashes done several times before and this was the first time it happened. I let her know as soon as it happened that I was panicking and needed to open open my eyes. She gave me a fan to see if that would help me. It didn't. I asked her to stop and that I couldn't proceed and told her she would still get full payment! She agreed. At this point I was in full blown panic attack and didn’t even care if she took the few lashes she installed off I just needed to open my eyes. After washing off the product I was able to open my eyes and calm down a little. I apologized for my panic atrack and she seemed sympathetic. I gave her my card and she only wanted me to pay half since I was there 20 mins and the appointment was supposed to be 2.5 hours but I insisted on paying full price because it wasn't her fault that it happened and I didn’t want her to lose out on money. She finally agreed after going back and forth. Full price was $185. When she gave me her phone to sign I did see the tip options up above but because she didn’t even want to take full price I thought I would skip the tip although normally I would but I was still in a panicked mode and just wanted to get out of there and collect myself. I saw later that she charged me $227 I messaged her about extra charge. She told me it was for a tip which would be ok if she didn’t put it there herself. In saying all this it really isn’t about the money it’s the fact that she chose to take advantage of my vulnerable state and add a tip in for herself without my knowledge is what really rubs me the wrong way. She could have turned this bad experience around when I messaged her but she chose to double down saying I knew about the tip."
