"Progressive does not function honestly or with integrity when assessing claims. I was hit by one of Progressives policy holders. He pushed me into the vehicle in front of my car. My car is totaled and the other two vehicles had no damage. Their policy holder admitted fault at the scene and he was very considerate at the scene. It was entirely his fault as I was stopped at a red light. Progressive, however, has some lame excuse for why they are not going to cover my front end damage. They are claiming that the driver of the front vehicle felt two impacts so that means I hit her before he hit me. Absolutely false! Their own policy holder said I was at a stop when he hit me. I don’t know what kind of training these claim people go through but they need more in depth training. Even an idiot knows cars bounce in an accident. I was hit so hard from behind my car was pushed up over the bumper of the truck in front of me. It’s just another sorry excuse for Progressive not to pay a legitimate claim. I would NEVER do business with this company and would strongly recommend that no one else does so either. They are why insurance companies have the reputation they have. Progressive needs to do the right thing and pay my claim. I am posting this here because this is the agency that Carrie’s the policy. I have no complaints with this specific agency. My complaint is with Progressive as a whole."
