"Absolutely phenomenal people here. Honest, thorough, and fair.. I have car, home, and business insurance with them and I'm very happy and have been for about 15 years now"
"very happy Greg is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions"
"I was looking to switch over both vehicles I have and my new home I am purchasing on 9 July into shelters insurance however when I walked in, the woman at the front right desk immediately through the door was extremely rude with the way she spoke to me. Not necessarily in the things she was saying but the way she went about saying everything. I personally am not looking to switch over from a long-term company I have been with to this new one who seems to have no value in their customers. I would never do business with this company simply due to the fact of how poorly she talks to people . I would hope this company would do something about it employees. I addressed the woman stood up and walked out as she proceeded to try to get me to stay but with her kind of attitude there was no way I could sit there and have a civil conversation with her"
"Called for a quote, the woman I spoke to was condescending and made me feel like and idiot for not understanding what she was trying to explain to me. Almost as if her time was too valuable to help me. As the first point of contact of this company the woman did not make the first impression a good one. Wouldn't recommend this business."
"I’m really glad I switched companies. I’ve had no problems."
