"Stay away from these scammers! While living in Springfield I purchased an Allstate auto policy from them. I later moved to Arkansas, and called them to cancel the policy because I purchased one here. About 3 months later I started getting letters from a collection agency saying I owed them money for the time AFTER I cancelled the policy. These scammers tried to ruin my credit. It took a while to get it all straightened out, and prove to the collection agency and the Allstate corporate office that I didn't owe these jerks a penny. I'm not the first one they've pulled this on either."

"Was an allstate member for years and cancelled my insurance through them when we moved. They sent me a bill for $55 and it was to be paid unless I showed them proof of insurance. I showed them and a couple weeks later got a collection notice. GENE wont call or email me back regarding the mistake on his part. Dirty business practice."
