"The first time we attempted to go here, I booked online and showed up to a closed store. Fine, I realize things happen. The 2nd attempt, I called and made an appointment, spoke to the stylist on the phone and confirmed the appointment, only to show up yesterday @ 5 pm 1/2/24 to a completely closed store. Don't waste your time here."

"The woman working which I was told was the “manager” was extremely rude. She didn’t even come into open the business until 30 min after our appointment time that she gave me the day before. She said she was going to go to church weather she had customers or not. Which didn’t make since bc when I made the appointment the day before it was made for 12 so that she had time to get there after she went to church. When I reminded her of that she said she had to eat something also. She was rude and hateful before I even had a chance to speak to her. She does NOT need to be working with the public. While I was still there I had three others who don’t even work there come tell me they would never do business with this woman either. Smart styles is definitely losing business bc of this woman."

"So unhappy paid 236.00 for a hack job. Look at my hair, it was supposed to be mostly blonde… nope! And I was made not to look at my hair during the process so it would be a surprise she even cover my face with a towel. So NOT happy wish I could get my hair redone by a professional who knows how to do hair right and not over price you! Wish I could get some of my money back,PLUS she spent 4 hours on my hair!!!! Not good!!! My head is hurting so bad and my neck!"
